• Age 18+, licence held for at least 1 year (young driver fee €5/day for 18-22)
• Passport or ID and driving licence at pickup: that is all
• Fuel policy full-to-full: leave it full, no refuelling fee
• Cross-border trips (Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia) need our written permission: the permit is €20 per country, paid at booking; the Green Card insurance is bought at the border
• No deposit does not mean no liability: damage and fines are covered by the rental agreement you sign

Why does the price change by month?

Demand sets the rate: from €20 a day in the quiet months (November to February) up to €40 at the August peak. Nothing is added at pickup: the booking form calculates your exact total for your dates before you pay anything, and that is the price you sign for.

Can I get the i20 delivered to my hotel?

Inside Tirana, €15. The airport desk is 4 minutes from arrivals on foot. Other cities: ask on WhatsApp, we deliver across Albania.

Manual or automatic?

Java Rentals is a local team renting cars at Tirana International Airport (Rinas) and from our city desk in the centre of Tirana. We are open 24/7, there is no deposit, and you pay at pickup: collect your keys at our Rinas Airport office or our Tirana office, and you are on your way. Pick-up and drop-off at either office are free. Travelling further? We deliver across Albania, from Durrës and Shkodër to Vlorë and Sarandë; delivery fees apply.
