Who the Stonic LX Urban fits best

The Stonic is the small SUV that city and coast trips love: higher seat than a hatchback, easy to park in Tirana's narrow streets, and light on petrol. Couples book it for the Riviera run and the city break, and it is the cheapest way into an SUV in our fleet.

• Age 18+, licence held for at least 1 year (young driver fee €5/day for 18-22)
• Passport or ID and driving licence at pickup: that is all
• Fuel policy full-to-full: leave it full, no refuelling fee
• Cross-border trips (Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia) need our written permission: the permit is €20 per country, paid at booking; the Green Card insurance is bought at the border
• No deposit does not mean no liability: damage and fines are covered by the rental agreement you sign

Manual or automatic?

The Stonic LX Urban in our fleet is Automatic. Six of our eight models are, so an automatic in Tirana is our standard, not an upgrade.

Is the no-deposit policy real?

Java Rentals is a local team renting cars at Tirana International Airport (Rinas) and from our city desk in the centre of Tirana. We are open 24/7, there is no deposit, and you pay at pickup: collect your keys at our Rinas Airport office or our Tirana office, and you are on your way. Pick-up and drop-off at either office are free. Travelling further? We deliver across Albania, from Durrës and Shkodër to Vlorë and Sarandë; delivery fees apply.
